The Role:
As Global Senior Manager, Partner Development you will play a pivotal role in driving the Mid-Year Check-in and Year-End Review processes across our Partner and Executive Director populations.
With a focus on ensuring high-quality performance assessments, you will contribute to compensation adjustments and franchise impact level/benchmark adjustments.
Your strategic mindset and ability to leverage generative AI will enable you to extract valuable development learnings, providing a deeper understanding of our partner portfolio.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • You’ll have at least 7+ years of Learning and Development, or Human Resources/Talent Management experience gained within a management consulting or professional services firm
  • Expertise in performance management or human capital strategy is required
  • The maturity to handle confidential information and present findings effectively is essential, as will be strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent influencing skills and the ability to drive action will be key attributes you possess!
  • Process design expertise and the ability to manage multiple work streams with attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • You’ll have the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and storytelling abilities, is essential

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and driving the time-sensitive Year-End Review process, ensuring stakeholder commitment and collaboration.
  • Defining, creating, and implementing clear communication plans for the Year-End Review timeline, emphasizing deadlines and milestones.
  • Managing our proprietary in-house review tool (PROW), including enhancements, data exports, and user experience optimization.
  • Conducting coaching sessions and provide support to new partners.
  • Managing the Mid-Year Check-in process, including leadership surveys, feedback discussions, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with external vendors and talent analytics teams to administer confidential surveys and produce reports.
  • Acting as a key advisor in global Partner Review meetings, providing status reports and metrics.
  • Owning the Franchise Impact (FI) Scaler and workflow process, ensuring accurate data for compensation recommendations.
  • Contributing to the development of the Partner Development team by sharing key learnings and insights.
  • Conducting annual reviews of the review processes and identify areas for improvement.
