  • Bachelor’s degree in International Business, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of sales, logistics, and global business operations processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Demonstrating the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English (Advance)

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Global Solutions Consultant at TD Synnex, you will be the key point of contact to support our multinational and cross-border clients. You will be responsible for supporting the sales process, from quoting to order management and logistics, for multinational deals with global accounts such as global systems integrators, service providers, and global value-added resellers. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and success in implementing solutions globally.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the sales process for multinational deals, including quoting, order management, and logistics.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand and meet the specific needs of global businesses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key global clients, such as global systems integrators, service providers, and global value-added resellers.
  • Provide guidance and expert advice on TD Synnex solutions and services for multinational businesses.
  • Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Stay abreast of trends and changes in the global market, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures related to global business.
