Global Supply Chain SAP Deployment Lead

About the role
The Business & Deployment Tower is part of the Voyager Programme with the strategic objective of transforming Diageo’s business capabilities, using data & digital technology, to create a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Diageo is embarking on an exciting and significant Business Transformation Programme underpinned by SAP S/4 HANA. Through this programme Diageo aims to drive process and data standardization and simplification. This programme will be delivered over a multi-year period with global geographic reach.
Diageo is therefore seeking a Global Supply Chain Deployment Manager who has excellent functional and leadership capabilities to optimally deliver this Supply Chain & Procurement Business Transformation Programme in Diageo’s fast-paced environment. They will have a good grasp of best-in-class processes and business capabilities, creating the bridge between business capability today and those required to deliver our business goals in the S4 SAP Environment.
You will be a member of the Supply Voyager leadership team as part of Voyager Business Transformation Programme with dedicated responsibilities for the deployment of the Supply Business Transformation solution across regions and markets leading deployment hubs based in multiple global geographies.
This Role will lead the deployment of the solution across Diageo’s regions and markets globally, working with all functions to define the delivery & rollout roadmap.
Partnering closely with the Business Lead, the D&T Lead and external Systems Integrator to execute against this roadmap, delivering a successful global Business Transformation. This programme will include complementary S4 Technologies that support the implementation of Supply Voyager scope.

Top Accountabilities:

• End to end responsibility for the successful deployment of the Supply Voyager programme into all regions and markets globally partnering through business and D&T teams and the Business Acceptance Group (BAG’s) in the region
• Responsibility for the overall deployment methodology set-up and implementation
• Providing clarity on global strategies, being fully aligned with other global parties (e.g. CoE, Change Management and Learning)
• Responsible for integration across Supply on the sub-functional synchronization and overall effective deployment during the latter phases of the program and supporting regular comms to senior partners and Supply Steerco’s on progress
• Responsibility for the first country pre-scoping exercise and country specific workshops (covering topics as: methodology, global strategies, technical landscape pre-scoping, master data pre-scoping, business process pre-scoping etc.)
• Responsibility for the overall and individual sites’ timeline management for on-going relationship and partner alignment between global, hub and site

About you
To be successful in role you will have broad Supply chain knowledge in a FMCG organisation.
You will be comfortable thriving in an ambiguous and challenging environment.
It is essential that you have a pro-active attitude, be highly numerate with excellent commercial acumen to apply strong judgment.
Good communication skills and the ability to develop lasting, authentic relationships across a wide range of partners.
Ideally you will have SAP HANA S4 experience
