JOB SUMMARY:
This role provides support across Culture & Experience deliverables including global brand and communications, alignment to key HR and business strategies, communications as well as Surveys, Metrics & Reporting to clearly articulate the MUFG Way, Employee Brand, to all employees, and to test, measure, and refine initiatives to bridge gaps in culture and behaviors.
The role may also support on key projects and administrative support across the entire Talent and Learning platform and programming as needed to support the Global team and strategic imperatives of the Global HR Function.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
This role will be accountable for supporting the following within the Global Talent, Learning & Culture organization:
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Word, PPT, Excel), Communications channels such as MS Teams, Outlook a plus
- Strong communications abilities, both verbal and written communications to clearly articulate key messages, asks, deliverables, and timelines.
- Strong organizational skills; juggling multiple projects concurrently, comfort in shifting priorities according to internal client / stakeholder needs
- Proficient analytical skills in interpreting survey data, producing reports
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1-2 years experience within Human Resources
EDUCATION & TRAINING:
- B.A. preferred
- CHRP designation considered an asset
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Limited travel
- Hybrid
