Responsibilities:

  • You will maintain knowledge of FATCA and CRS (AEOI) regulatory and compliance environment as it impacts service and/or clients, conducting additional research as necessary to resolve internal or external queries.
  • Review tax documentation for completeness and regulatory soundness.
  • Prepare annual AEOI returns for client delivery/approval and submission of same to local jurisdictional tax portals.
  • Proactively managing daily workflow and ensuring set deadlines are met.
  • Complete monthly and ad hoc AEOI compliance reports upon request and ensuring a high level of accuracy is achieved at all times.
  • Work closely with and supporting Senior Management in ensuring the smooth running of processes and the ongoing adherence to procedures and processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various high-profile CFS clients globally, acting as a point of contact for all AEOI queries and status requests.
  • Provide template and attend Board of Directors meetings, and ensuring all client stakeholders are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Co-ordinate on-boarding FATCA requests and the maintenance of same.
  • Quality control of FATCA information in TA systems, and liaising with Investor Relations and COE teams on queries of same.
  • Contribute to system developments to support the CFT’s business and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist fund participants and advisors.
