Responsibilities:

Join Invenco by GVR’s dynamic team as a Global Service and Repair Centre Facilitator and become the cornerstone of our global service network. You’ll take the helm as the primary technical lead, orchestrating common practices across our strategic hubs in Auckland, Atlanta, Malaysia, and Salzkotten. Your mission is to seamlessly bridge the gap between these key locations and our product engineering and supply chain teams, ensuring unparalleled service excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee global deployment of Engineering Change Notices, providing technical support to our service and repair teams as per defined processes.
  • Manage and maintain the Invenco by GVR service portal on Confluence, ensuring user access and document integrity.
  • Maintain product service schematics and Bill of Materials for reference.
  • Ensure availability and release management of product documentation, including Terminal Quality Management and service support documents.
  • Handle Secure and TQM part identification, storage, and maintenance.
  • Provide instructions for product re-assembly and testing, overseeing test equipment availability and control.
  • Manage global spare parts ordering, consolidation, and inventory control, considering financial impacts.
  • Review repair repeat failure analysis, tracking metrics like ppm, MTBF, and FMEA for product improvements.
