REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree in Finance or equivalent
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of liquidity and cash management structures, investment and Treasury systems. Knowledge of Kyriba Treasury Management System and/or Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Team player but able to work on own initiative, using common sense, able to communicate across all levels of the business and prioritize multiple tasks to strict deadlines
  • Fluent in English. French or Spanish is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Support local and global optimization of cash management structures, identifying process and value improvements. Oversee of bank accounts across Europe, implementation of cash pools.
  • Support the preparation of the Group Cash Flow forecasting process, ensuring consolidation of European operating company forecasts and identifying key cash requirements.
  • Coordinate variance analysis and advise operating company departments on improvements to cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitor and/or implementation of customer collection methods
  • Deliver timely operational treasury reporting and analysis.
  • Monitoring of the Group leasing portfolio
  • Responsible for access rights: internet banking, Treasury system
  • Support execution of local and global treasury projects and initiatives
