About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a passionate and experienced Global Campaign Marketing Manager, responsible for leading our Global Webinars and Virtual Events - key programs supporting our Global Campaigns and product launches. Working closely with global campaign managers, product marketing, regional marketing managers, demand generation and operations teams, you will own the strategy, plan, development, execution, follow-up, and analytics for global webinars, virtual event series, and our largest global virtual summits. The ideal candidate is able to effectively balance program strategy and flawless execution, is a self-directed, life-long learner that thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is always looking for new ways to take their programs to the next level. S/he is a team player that brings positive energy, cross-functional project management skills and a deep understanding of virtual events, demand generation, and campaigns, with an outstanding track record of delivering world-class virtual events.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy & Planning: Determine the right mix of webinar topics and formats to support the objectives of our global campaigns and launch programs.
  • Content Development: Templatize and program manage content development for webinars working with internal and external subject matter experts.
  • Segmentation & Promotions: Own segmentation and promotional strategy across organic and paid channels, informed by program performance and best practices.
  • Event Development & Execution: Drive end-to-end execution of webinars and virtual events that deliver high audience engagement and satisfaction.
  • Follow-Up: Partner with campaigns, demand generation, and SDR teams on lead follow-up strategy and execution, to optimize program conversion.
  • KPIs & Reporting: Set event targets and develop program metrics reporting.
  • On-Demand Syndication & Enablement: Package on-Demand events and promotional assets for regional activations and 3rd party syndication.
  • Optimization: Use data-driven insights to continuously improve and refine programs to meet and exceed KPIs.

What You’ll Need:

  • BA/BS degree in related field.
  • 8+ years of global B2B campaign management/virtual event/webinar/program management experience in high tech, cybersecurity a plus.
  • Proven experience (direct management of) across content strategy, segmentation, promotion, execution, follow-up, and regional best practices for webinars and large scale virtual events.
  • Solid understanding of global marketing campaigns, content strategy and development, and demand generation best practices.
  • Excellent program / project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to completion.
  • Strong written communication skills to create and author content, resources and collateral to support program execution.
  • Experience with virtual event platforms, marketing automation, salesforce automation, web content management, web analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party webinar syndication vendors, platforms, and programs for on-Demand content syndication.
  • Collaborator and team player who can work within a matrixed environment with strong cross-functional project leadership skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements.
