ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Our client is an up-and-coming company focusing on lifestyle and forward-thinking F&B concepts as an open door leading to opportunities.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GM IT to join our Group F&B Company. As the GM IT , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT operations, IT infrastructure, and project management. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our technology systems, as well as driving innovation and implementing strategic IT initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT Director or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in IT operations, IT infrastructure, and project management.
• Excellent understanding of networking, systems administration, and security best practices.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. IT Operations Management:

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the reliable and secure operation of our technology systems.
• Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, data backup and recovery, and user support.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks.

1. IT Infrastructure Management:

• Manage the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance our IT infrastructure and support business growth.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure by implementing appropriate measures and controls.

1. Project Management:

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
