Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The General Manager / President will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the company. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in property management, business development, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest levels of tenant satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the GM/President will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of the property management industry, market trends, and regulatory environment.
