Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development roles, with a focus on the US market and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer products or healthcare/wellness brands, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel to the US as needed to support market expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to establish Eu Yan Sang as a trusted brand in the US market, leveraging market insights and consumer trends.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key opportunities, challenges, and trends in the US healthcare and wellness industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans.
  • Identify and prioritize target customer segments and develop tailored digital marketing strategies to effectively reach and engage these audiences.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, healthcare providers, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory requirements, and market trends in the US healthcare and wellness market to inform strategic decision-making and innovation.
