LONG DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GTM program lead for our EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives within our Strategic and Enterprise accounts, providing sales enablement, account planning, pursuit planning and deal support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales programs for Strategic and Enterprise accounts across the EMEA region
- Develop and execute growth initiatives to increase market share and profitability in the region
- Coordinate with the Product BU and Corp to create high-quality content for sales programs.
- Facilitate sales enablement, including training and development of sales teams
- Implement comprehensive account planning and pursuit planning strategies to identify and win opportunities to drive business expansion
- Provide deal escalation support to ensure successful negotiations and closure of key deals
- Target and manage Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs) as part of the overall growth strategy
Profile:
- Demonstrated sales experience such as a District Manager role, preferably with a programmatic approach to selling and driving growth
- Proven Go-To-Market (GTM) experience with a solid sales background
- Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across time zones
