Join our team at Golar LNG, a leading player in the FLNG sector. We’re currently seeking an Accountant to join our Oslo office. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial operations of our Norwegian-based entity

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Accountant, you’ll support accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting for Golar Management AS. You’ll also support payroll for Golar Management AS and the FLNG offshore personnel. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role provides exposure to various financial functions within Golar LNG

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant experience
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems (Visma or Dynamics 365 is beneficial, but not a requirement)
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Adaptability and willingness to learn
• Fluent in English

• Handle accounting tasks, including processing expenses and invoices
• Conduct balance and salary account reconciliations
• Support payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local laws
• Support on preparing monthly government reports and updating pension portals
• Assist in reporting and contribute to process improvements
