SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Knowledge of Golf and BRS is an advantage
Exhibit excellent knowledge of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of visitors and members, to ensure a superb customer service experience.
  • Receive visitors to the golf by greeting them warmly and attending to their inquiries and also answer inquirers over the phone.
  • To take bookings over the phone and online; operating front office systems and BRS.
  • Responsible for all shop sales including merchandise and stocktaking.
  • Build good relationship and rapport with visitors and members to make them feel comfortable and resolve any complaints/issues promptly and in a courteous manner to maintain high quality customer service and protect the image of the resort.
  • Report issues of maintenance and malfunctioning appliances to the relevant department manager for quick repair in order to ensure guests comfort and satisfaction.
  • To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
  • To undertake general duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and phones, to ensure the smooth running of the golf area.
  • To keep up to date with prices and special offers to provide accurate information to visitors and members.
  • General golf operations including coordinating members and visitor events.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned to you by the Golf Manager.
