Role
We are seeking a Google Ads PPC specialist with a focus on the hospitality sector to join our team.
This role involves managing and optimising Google Hotel Ads campaigns and reviewing the best fit for the range of bid strategies available on behalf of our accommodation providers.
Reporting to the EVP of Strategic Solutions, your expertise in Google Ads PPC management will be critical in devising, executing, and optimising our customers Google advertising efforts and achieving their impression, clicks and conversion goals.

Your responsibilities will extend to:

  • Development, implementation set-up and management of Google Hotel Ads campaigns for a diverse portfolio of independent accommodation providers, ensuring alignment with their specific goals.
  • Ongoing monitoring and analysis of campaign performance, adjusting campaign strategies pro-actively to improve on budget results and meet or exceed R.O.I.
  • Optimising best fit bidding strategies such as Target ROAS / Enhanced CPC to achieve optimal return on ad spend for each accommodation provider.
  • Managing Performance Max campaigns to maximise visibility and bookings across Google’s platforms, including Search, YouTube, Maps, and more.
  • Collaborating with accommodation providers to understand their unique selling points, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide regular, clear and actionable reports to both internal stakeholders and accommodation providers, highlighting campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for further optimisation.
  • Staying up-to-date with Google Ads product updates, industry trends, and best practices in hospitality marketing to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Working closely with our R&D team to ensure seamless data synchronisation between our property management system (PMS), OTAs and Google, preventing overbookings and ensuring rate and availability accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of internal processes and best practices for managing and scaling Google Hotel Ads campaigns within the hospitality sector.
  • Being a ‘go-to’ expert in the business for informing and educating frontline staff in Google Ads so there is a better baseline understanding of the landscape in general and the mechanics of campaigns.

About You

  • 5+ year’s proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong preference for candidates with specific experience in Google Hotel Ads and the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with expanded Target ROAS and Performance Max campaigns and strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant Google Ads and digital marketing certifications.
  • French or Spanish an advantage
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
