You are interested in learning, strategy as a discipline, developing leadership via helping others, and you are passionate about Google’s ad ecosystem (especially paid search) and passionate about client services. You believe that a digital advertising career can be a springboard for self-improvement, security for your family, and making the world a better place.
The ideal candidate will be developing into a leader in their digital marketing career (3+ years experience), with experience across Google Analytics (UA/GA4), Google Search, Youtube, Display, and Performance Max. Fluent in both data and creativity.

We’re looking for someone interested in expanding their career in digital advertising, strategy, and analytics. Expect to get hands-on experience operating ad accounts, driving strategy and delivering outstanding client service across multiple industries, business objectives, and accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead our Google Ads strategy and optimization.
- Hands-on ad strategy: you will be a leader on a team managing ad accounts and client relationships, connecting strategy to our ad operations.
- Lead client relationships and communication, connecting strategy to deliverables and collaborating with teammates who support clients.
