QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A Degree, Advanced Diploma or good progress towards such qualification with preference given to legal and/or compliance related studies
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Group Risk or Employee Benefits industry experience essential
  • Certificates in Risk Management and/or Compliance Management would be advantageous
  • Regulatory Exam certificate preferable

Responsibilities:

  • Embedding of legal, risk & compliance frameworks and processes across the business
  • Support with stakeholder risk reporting, due diligence requests, document drafting and design
  • Compilation and management of risk registers, including monitoring & tracking
  • Management of databases and data drives
  • Provide occasional, relief support on governance team email boxes
  • Support the growing of a risk and compliance culture across the business
  • Initiate and drive business transformation projects to reduce the reporting and compliance burden through automation and process simplification
