Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
- Provide advice to staff on diverse corporate governance issues including the application of relevant statutory requirements, government policy, ethics, conduct, risk management, compliance
- Review and process internal reports, allegations and related disclosures, including undertaking investigations
- Partner with stakeholders to provide advice on complex governance matters
- Embed modern and agile ways of working with your stakeholders to help them deliver for our customers whilst meeting their governance obligations
- Provide secretariat support to the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC)
