Responsibilities:
As the GRC Manager, you’ll support our Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance with day-to-day management of the GRC function and assist with achieving the overall Group strategy. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

- Support the implementation and monitoring of an effective Risk & Compliance framework.
- Assist the MLRO to ensure the Group complies with the requirements of all anti-money laundering legislation and Group policies, processes, and reporting.
- Gather data to allow easy completion of annual compliance returns and insurance renewals.
- Collate information as part of our mergers & acquisition process.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies as and when required.
- Undertake Group compliance reviews as and when required.
- Perform sample and quality assurance checks.
- Respond to data protection queries, such as data breaches and data subject access requests.
- Undertake strategic projects to support the delivery of the Groups GRC strategy and objectives.
- Facilitate the Groups complaint and PI process, by investigating and escalating matters where appropriate.
- Maintain effective risk management processes for the Group.
- Assist with the development and management of GRC communications to the Group.
- Collaborate with the Director of GRC to design an effective training framework to ensure the Group meets its regulatory requirements.
- Support with the production and collation of information to support the Group’s Board and committees, along with KPI reports.
