Responsibilities:

As the GRC Manager, you’ll support our Director of Governance, Risk & Compliance with day-to-day management of the GRC function and assist with achieving the overall Group strategy. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

  • Support the implementation and monitoring of an effective Risk & Compliance framework.
  • Assist the MLRO to ensure the Group complies with the requirements of all anti-money laundering legislation and Group policies, processes, and reporting.
  • Gather data to allow easy completion of annual compliance returns and insurance renewals.
  • Collate information as part of our mergers & acquisition process.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies as and when required.
  • Undertake Group compliance reviews as and when required.
  • Perform sample and quality assurance checks.
  • Respond to data protection queries, such as data breaches and data subject access requests.
  • Undertake strategic projects to support the delivery of the Groups GRC strategy and objectives.
  • Facilitate the Groups complaint and PI process, by investigating and escalating matters where appropriate.
  • Maintain effective risk management processes for the Group.
  • Assist with the development and management of GRC communications to the Group.
  • Collaborate with the Director of GRC to design an effective training framework to ensure the Group meets its regulatory requirements.
  • Support with the production and collation of information to support the Group’s Board and committees, along with KPI reports.
