Description:
North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a positive, highly motivated and quality-driven individual to join their Flexible Staffing Service team (FSS) to deliver temporary staffing solutions to managers and staff across the organisation.
The post holder will lead the FSS Governance Team in providing an efficient and effective internal registration service for all individuals to the Flexible Staffing Service for substantive staff leaving the Trust and ensuring the Trust’s temporary staffing compliance framework is adhered to.
Using your own initiative to resolve problems of a customer service or administrative nature within pre-defined limits and being responsible for the day to day supervision of a team of administrators ensuring their continued personal and professional development and work completion, as appropriate.
The successful applicant will work closely with the wider FSS team to gain detailed knowledge of all Flexible Staffing policies and procedures in order to provide cross-cover and work positively towards the development and success of the service.
