What does a successful Project Manager do at Fiserv?
Fiserv Government Solutions is contracted to provide Operational Verification and Validation (OV&V) services to the State of Indiana Division of Family Resources (DFR) which administers state human services programs. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager responsible for the design, development and implementation of review tools to measure and manage all DFR specified vendors’ performance, billing, quality and deliverables
This is an onsite position in Indianapolis with a minimum of 3 days in office.
What you will do:
-

Executive level client relationship management.

• Monitors project status, risks, activity, and resource dependencies, and provide accurate, timely reporting and corrective measures
• Project budget management, including understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking and managing project resources effectively
• Track development and submission of all project deliverables to meet contractual performance metrics
• Facilitates/manages project communications and stakeholder client and project team expectations

What you will need to have:

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in related technical, health care or government area
• 5 years Project Management experience
• 8 years of experience in related technical, healthcare or government area
• Extensive leadership experience and strong team and relationship building capabilities
• Ability to make complex decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using high degree of initiative and independent judgement

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of Indiana Eligibility programs, policies, and systems
• Experience in Indiana case eligibility determination preferred
• State or federal government experience
• Ability to research and knowledge of State and Federal Policy
