WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Government Fleet Relationship Manager to join our team. Focussing on State and Federal Government fleet business, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing fleet operations and ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Head of Fleet & Corporate and partnering with the brand teams to drive market share and growth of the brand, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage tender submissions
  • Manage contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored fleet solutions
  • Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, logistics and compliance with regulations
  • Provide guidance to the dealer network for local government sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Monitor fleet performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare and present reports on fleet performance and client satisfaction to senior management
