We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Government Relations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing government relations, particularly in the real estate development sector. The Government Relations Officer will facilitate communication between our organization and various government agencies, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage all aspects of property registration and ownership change processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in government relations, preferably within the real estate development sector.
• Strong understanding of government regulations and procedures related to property registration and ownership change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with government officials and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in utilizing government portals and platforms for property registration and payment processing.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct reconciliations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
