Description:
Support the employee to make appropriate health lifestyle decisions, based upon current evidence and public health guidelines. Advise managers and employees on health related issues such as long and short term sickness absence, , rehabilitation and other matters relating to fitness to work. Prioritise and manage own workload. Provide advice to clients who have sustained a blood borne virus exposure and provide relevant follow-up action.
