Are you looking for a new challenge? We are looking for a Band 6 Practice Nurse’s to join our Practice .
This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse to join HTFT Primary Care. Ideally you will have worked within primary care and are seeking to develop your career further within this field. If so, we would be excited to meet you.
Our GP practices are situated within both the East Riding of Yorkshire and Hull and have all attained a ‘Good’ CQC rating.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about preventative primary care (long term conditions management). An attractive rate (Band 6) will be offered to the right candidate with appropriate experience and skill levels.
To provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team.
The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced RGN. Clinically, the focus of the role is management of patients with long-term conditions and general nursing interventions for all patients.
