What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide clinical care to Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) clients, providing best practice dietetic assessment, intervention, education and discharge planning for clients utilising a person centred care approach.
  • Support to the CRP multidisciplinary team and the Dietitians within the community sector
  • Assist the Senior Dietitian in monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of the dietetic service and identify opportunities to develop or enhance service models to meet need and demand.
  • Actively engage in the Nutrition & Dietetics clinical supervision program

What You Need

  • Member or eligible for membership of Dietitians Australia and the APD program
  • Ability to competently perform high quality Dietetic assessment, treatment and patient management, including thorough and appropriate discharge planning
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability and experience working within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous and innovative improvement through quality and research activities
  • Current Victorian Driver’s licence
