Description:
Responsibilities:
The Procurement Support role is responsible to the Head of Procurement and Logistics and works under his / her general direction or that of his / her nominee.
The role will work closely with the contracts and sourcing Business Partners and will provide support and administrative assistance in development of procurement projects for all areas of the hospital.
The role will include but not be limited to;
- providing administrative support to the MMUH’s procurement department
- Establishing and maintaining a filing structure for procurement projects
- Scheduling meeting & taking minutes
- Maintaining projects plans/ databases as required
