Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a career interest in PMO, where you will gain exposure to real change and transformation projects as we undergo an extensive change and transformation program. You will be working alongside and learning directly from senior project managers and experienced PMO analysts, working with tools like Planview and Clickview.
You will work directly with the Transformation & Programme Management Office Lead with responsibility for oversight of the delivery of the portfolio of change programmes. You will be responsible for collating key portfolio levels view of budgets, resourcing, benefits, risks, issues, actions and dependencies & status reporting to allow escalation and early intervention to resolve.
Skills & Qualifications:
Support the administration of GI strategic change and transformation programmes.
Monthly & quarterly portfolio resource planning to proactively forecast bottlenecks to allow early resolution and allow orderly roll-off of resources across programmes
Monthly & quarterly portfolio budget, with view of approved budget versus actual with forecast and future forecasts versus approved to allow decisions on under/overspend
Monthly & quarterly portfolio KPI’s, with view of benefits versus business case
Collate programme/project status reports and create portfolio level reporting pack for Ireland General Insurance strategic change committee
Maintain record of Strategic Change Committee Minutes, Actions & Decisions
Change Methodology Control Check – e.g. Collate repository of programme mandatory docs & sign-off across programmes in central PMO share point and Planview (programme and portfolio management tool
