Responsibilities:
Internship experience in water and flooding preferred.
Graduate Engineer to support the Flooding and Water Team located in Melbourne You will be involved in flood modelling and drainage design for a variety of projects from small scale development to catchment-wide council flood studies to major infrastructure across Australia.

Key Responsibilities Include:
With support from your mentor and our team of technical specialists your responsibilities will include:
- Developing hydrologic and hydraulic models cand calculations to assist in flood modelling and drainage design such as TUFLOW, HEC-RAS, DRAINS, WBNM, RORB and GIS packages.
- GIS data analysis and flood mapping
- Design of waterways and flood mitigation measures, scour mitigation design and cross-drainage
- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and actively participating in interdisciplinary workshops as required.
- Technical reporting.
- Directly contacting clients and stakeholders
- Site walkovers and inspections
