• Lead the development and implementation of engineering standards, processes and change control to help deliver best in class maintenance programmes across the site.
• Lead, using manufacturing data, programs to support data driven manufacturing and energy strategies on site.
• Champion continuous improvement to include embedding structured problem solving.
• Assist in new equipment/ capital investment works on site.
• Understand asset lifestyle management, reviewing maintenance schedules accordingly.
• Work alongside production colleagues to optimise machine and process set up and control system configurations to achieve maximum yield and process control performance.
