As a Graduate Governance & Risk Analyst, you will have the opportunity to rotate through different areas across RAA’s Governance & Risk team. During these rotations, you will get the opportunity to provide insights and trends on risk & compliance, assist with the automation of risk and compliance processes and continuously improve processes to support effective risk management across the RAA Group. Other duties include (but not limited to):

  • Support the production and maintenance of risk and compliance reporting and visualisations to key stakeholders including Board and Committees and General Managers.
  • Assist in the production of insights and trends on risk and compliance to key stakeholders using a range of analytical techniques.
  • Support the automation of Risk processes where appropriate to streamline processes.
  • Support the improvement of frameworks, policies and procedures.
  • Assist with the development and improvement of risk and compliance educational tools.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) system.

  • Currently studying a degree in Business, Commerce, Data Analytics or similar, due to complete in 2024 or completed in 2023
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with interpreting data to provide insights
  • Adept at adopting new technologies and systems
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
