Turks are looking for a 0 - 2 year PAE Law Graduate or Lawyer to join our high performing and successful General Insurance team in Brisbane.
The successful candidate will work closely with our partners, associates and clients, taking a focus on commercial and property advice.

Responsibilities
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- working on a diverse range of complex litigation and advice matters with a focus on property damage & motor vehicle claims
- develop skills in insurance law and litigation;
- have regular involvement and direct contact with clients; and
- appear in various courts and tribunals
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- an academic qualification in law, with a current NSW Practicing Certificate;
- experience in litigation; particularly within insurance and
- excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.
In addition, you will:
- be an enthusiastic and personable lawyer who has a passion for client service;
- have the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, as well as autonomously; and
- have a desire for personal development.
