Job Title: Graduate Logistics & Procurement Coordinator
Job Location: Dublin City South
Salary: DOE + bonus + benefits
Working Model: Fully onsite for 6 months and moving to Hybrid (standard Hours Mon-Fri)
Are you a recent Graduate or soon to be Graduate seeking a role in the Logistics and Procurement sector? Are you passionate about logistics and procurement? Do you excel in administrative tasks and thrive in an organized environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customer Operations team!
You will work in a team that manage the logistics of vehicle allocation, ordering and distribution. In this role you will be managing a large volume of orders & deliveries on a weekly basis of high value vehicles. Each client will have different specifications on order and you will be coordinating the orders with the preferred supplier list and building relationships with key partners. In this role you will work with a small established team and report to the manager who offers excellent training.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Energetic self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional project management and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet SLAs.
  • Customer-centric approach with empathy when necessary.
  • Previous experience in the motor trade is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end order management process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to SLA’s.
  • Negotiate and monitor discounts to maximize budgets.
  • Coordinator vehicle fit-out requirements with third party suppliers
  • Proactively manage new vehicle registrations and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with customers, drivers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
