Tikehau Capital Graduate Program helps build a valuable professional career boost.
Selected Graduate Analysts are chosen to pass several rotations between different teams to broaden their scope of work, discover Company’s operations in depth and gain crucial applicable skills for their career.
The Graduate Program consists of 3 rotations of 6 months each (18 months total), with the first one being held in the final integration team (the one you see in the announce).
We aim to give our Graduate Analysts a visible learning curve, exposure, and internal network opportunities.
PROFILE:
- Strong academic credentials
- Personality/cultural fit. We are looking for driven, dynamic, personable candidates with a strong work ethic, a commercial outlook and the ability to fit into a small, diversified team
- Previous internships in PE, investment bank or corporate finance boutique or strategic consulting
- Strong oral and verbal communication skills
- Good modelling skills
This position is a real opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager and contribute to the success of strategic projects for the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Participating in deal sourcing though sectors mapping and opportunity analysis
- Participating in conducting commercial, financial and legal due diligence in the course of analysing investment opportunities
- Modelling and participating in the structuration of deals
- Supporting the team in preparing investment memos
- Supporting the team with portfolio management
- Quarterly valuations and reporting
- Recruiting and training any intern
- Transversal responsibilities across PE tea
