We have exciting opportunities for Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join Suir Engineering Ltd and work on Data Centre projects based in the Dublin Region.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor with relevant project cost management activities.
  • Provide support to the Construction Team on all QS functions
  • Attending all handover meetings.
  • Following up contract documents, ensuring they are acceptable and signed.
  • Following up on the required bond and ensuring it is issued.
  • Ensuring relevant insurance is in place, including respective subcontractors.
  • Scheduling of interim valuation dates for assigned project.
  • Projecting cash flows for assigned project.
