We have exciting opportunities for Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join Suir Engineering Ltd and work on Data Centre projects based in the Dublin Region.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor with relevant project cost management activities.
- Provide support to the Construction Team on all QS functions
- Attending all handover meetings.
- Following up contract documents, ensuring they are acceptable and signed.
- Following up on the required bond and ensuring it is issued.
- Ensuring relevant insurance is in place, including respective subcontractors.
- Scheduling of interim valuation dates for assigned project.
- Projecting cash flows for assigned project.
