About the Role:
The Graduate Recruitment Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the graduate recruitment process, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of top graduate talent to meet the company’s workforce needs and strategic goals, while providing day-to-day leadership of the graduate recruitment team, as well as coaching and development to junior members of the team. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive graduate recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Staying abreast of market trends and adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions
  • Supporting and attending career fairs, presentations, and networking events to promote Latham as an employer of choice
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for graduates, from initial screening to final offer

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Demonstrate the ability to think strategically with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively and apply strong leadership skills
  • Possess the ability to adapt and work flexibly, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

And have:

  • Experience in graduate/early careers recruitment, ideally in the legal sector
  • Experience in managing university relations and campus recruitment activities
  • Supervisory experience
