Graduate Cardiac Care Registered Nurse Program – Geelong
St John of God Geelong Hospital has new and exciting graduate nursing opportunities. We will provide onsite training to ensure that we build skill and confidence to become the nurse you want to be.
We can offer you a Graduate Cardiac Care Registered Nursing program that will provide you with a supportive and caring environment while you begin your nursing career.
The cardiac care nursing program is designed to provide you with the chance to learn and develop skills relating to cardiac nursing. The program provides opportunities to care for a wide variety of medical and surgical patients with an extensive range of cardiac conditions. You will observe cardiac cath lab procedures, gaining valuable experience with an array of interventional cardiac techniques. This also program provides a firm knowledge base for those wanting to pursue a career in critical care nursing.

The Requirements:

  • Have completed their qualification through study in Australia within the last 2 years (no more than 2 years from graduation) OR
  • dDue to complete their nursing qualification in Australia by 1 February 2025
  • Have current, or anticipated registration Nursing and Midwifery Board Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia.
