About the Role
Opportunity for future Software Engineer’s to work in an R&D type environment. You will be working on complex and scientific software for a broad range of worldwide clients from Guildford based development team. You will use your analytical and problem solving nature to get involved in such activities as; software coding, interface design and database development.

Experience Required

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computing.
  • Programming experience in suitable language including: C, C++, C# or Fortran
  • All candidates must display excellent numerical, problem solving, and organisational skills

Additional skills in any of the following also beneficial
C#, WinForms, WPF, Qt/QML framework, HTML5, experience with algorithmic problems (OpenCL, CUDA), Machine learning and AI, OpenGL, OpenGL Shaders, VTK, OSG, Vulkan, JIRA, TestRail, TFS, Git, Jenkins, csh/bash, batch files, cmake, PowerShell.
