About the role
Risk and Safety management is integrated into everything we do. As a Risk/Safety graduate you will be part of a team that is responsible for ensuring operations and projects operate at a high standard and achieve Low-Risk outcomes for people, planet and process.
Through a commitment to maintaining health, safety and security standards and principles, both within the workplace and through the identification of potential risks, you will be actively supporting the physical and psychological safety of our employees. Some activities that contribute to this will include risk assessments, development of critical control tools, incident investigations and the development of plans to help site implementation and compliance to Evolutions policies and standards.
As this is a site-based role, we expect you to work at two different operations across Australia throughout the two-year program.
