We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Engineers to join our Product Systems Engineering team.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for people who,
- Have or are on track to secure a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Electronics/Software Engineering or related disciplines
- Are clear, logical thinkers with attention to detail and an appreciation for engineering fundamentals and critical analysis.
- Have a sound appreciation of engineering fundamentals and can evidence how you have applied your technical knowledge to solve problems through your university projects, internships or as part of your extra-curricular activities.
- Have an understanding of product development processes especially in the scope of consumer appliance products
- Have preferably taken modules related to systems engineering and systems design covering topics such as requirements management, functional analysis, technical risk management, model-based systems engineering, etc.
- Are inquisitive, resourceful, proactive and self-learners. We’ll support you with a development framework designed to help you make the most of your career.
- Capable of working in an agile and autonomous manner in a team.
Responsibilities:
- You will work at the core of our product development process and use established systems engineering tools and methods to bring clarity from ambiguity.
- You will learn to translate a product vision into clear and concise user, business, and product requirements.
- You will support the creation of requirements for engineers to design to.
- Using Model Based Systems Engineering methods to develop product architectures, decomposing the problem into digestible functional, physical, logical, and behavioural chunks.
- Build and coordinate system wide simulations to help us balance requirements early.
- Work collaboratively with all our engineering teams to clarify work packages, manage trade-off studies, and resolve engineering issues.
