Graduate Technical Analyst

This company have just received £200 million funding from an institutional investor and are set to expand further throughout the UK. Currently, they are in 15 cities but want to be the largest provider of second and third-year bed spaces by 2020.

You will be in the role of graduate systems support. Essentially you will be working to maintain the bespoke IT systems, however this is not so much in a technical sense. You will be acting as a go-between for the development team and the testing team keeping the projects on track, managing timelines etc. You will be acting as a hybrid support and product manager.

Responsibilities will include:

• Coaching teams on the use of the system
• Managing the testing team
• Communication with all areas of the business
• Developing and conceiving new parts of the technology
• Identifying and resolving pinch points

There is some great scope for progression here as you’ll ideally start to take on the more managerial aspects of this position, allowing for some fantastic growth and development opportunities in this highly meritocratic culture.
They will provide a number of training opportunities from one to one mentoring to paid-for courses and qualifications.
