Graduate Trainee

at  ST Logistics

JOB SUMMARY

The Graduate Trainee (Logistics and Supply Chain) is to learn about the ST Logistics’ business operations and to prepare and develop themselves for a career at ST Logistics.
Graduates will undergo a structured 2-years cross-functional rotations (6 months per rotation) to gain comprehensive exposure to key supply chain and logistics functions such as procurement, warehouse operations, distribution, freight etc in ST Logistics.
He/she will undertake a range of responsibilities to gain exposure and experience in various aspects of supply chain operations and core supply chain processes such as supply and demand planning and inventory management. He/she will work alongside with assigned mentor for hands-on training.
He/she is expected to work with individuals and take on assigned projects implementation (if any)
Analytical and logical, he is required to explore solutions and analyse the feasibility of plans. He is also expected to coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement processes and technology, involvement in projects amongst others.
Graduates will be expected to undertake business-as- usual activities associated with the roles in which they are placed and any other duties assigned by management.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention ton detail and organisational skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Supply Chain management, logistics, Engineering, business management or a related field
