Description:

We are looking for a grants expert who would like to play a crucial role in securing financial support for Uniper growth projects in the New Green Power and Gas Area with focus Germany and who is also interested to ensure accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in the use of grant funds. Responsibilities:

  • Researching Grant Opportunities: Identifying potential funding sources that align with Uniper’s strategy
  • Proposal Development: Writing compelling grant proposals that clearly articulate Uniper growth project’s mission, objectives, and intended use of funds
  • Budget Management: Developing accurate budgets for grant proposals and monitoring expenses throughout the grant period
  • Grant Administration: Overseeing the entire lifecycle of grants, from application submission to final reporting, ensuring compliance with all requirements and deadlines
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with the project teams of Unipers New Green Power and Gas Area, as well as Business Controlling, Finance, Corporate Communication and Governmental Relations as well as ESG, Tax, Risk teams and external partners to gather information, coordinate activities and ensure effective implementation of grant-funded projects
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Monitoring project progress, collecting data and preparing reports to demonstrate outcomes and impact to grantors
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Staying informed about relevant regulations and policies governing grant funding and proactively addressing any compliance issues or risks
  • Relationship Building: Cultivating relationships with funders, stakeholders and other organizations to enhance opportunities for funding and collaboration
