    As the Senior Packaging Development Specialist at our client, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting captivating packaging designs that embody the essence of their brand. Working closely with the Product team, you’ll spearhead projects from ideation to execution, ensuring every product receives an innovative and visually striking packaging solution. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our client’s brand presence both in-store and online through creative design strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience in Retail or FMCG.
  • Portfolio demonstrates end-to-end creative process from idea generation to final outcomes.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience in preparing production-ready packaging designs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:



    • Partner with the Product team to conceptualize and deliver innovative packaging designs that align with brand objectives.

    • Lead packaging design projects, guiding the team through brainstorming sessions, mock-ups, and technical artwork production.
    • Present design concepts confidently to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance solutions.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends in graphic design and packaging innovations, sharing insights with the broader design team.
    • Explore new materials, finishes, and techniques to incorporate into the packaging design process, enriching the brand experience for our client’s customers.
    • Ensure the timely delivery of creative assets according to Critical Path deadlines, maintaining alignment with project milestones.
    • Uphold the Creative Briefing Process, ensuring all key stakeholders understand and adhere to project requirements.
    • Manage the creative critical path in collaboration with the Product team, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.:
    • Maintain meticulous accuracy in all paperwork, files, and artwork administration, facilitating smooth communication with suppliers.
    • Act as a point of contact for supplier correspondence regarding specific artwork issues, resolving challenges promptly.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including holiday requirements, and ensure timely submission of requested reports.
