Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the Senior Graphic Designer, the Graphic Layout Artist will have a working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, and related Adobe products to design for any creative needs including marketing and sales, and also work with clients to create vector-based graphics for production. This is a local position and the work is performed onsite at Praters, Inc. Rossville, GA location.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Design Portfolio - required
• 3+ years experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign
• Computer fluency in Mac and Windows PC
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptive design eye and skill
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
• Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
• Commitment to meet deadlines and complete duties as requested with the highest quality of work

• Provide excellent customer service when communicating with Praters, Inc. customers about design and production layouts.
• Create the overall layout and production design for vinyl decals, stencils, advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports, etc.
• Work with the Design, Events, and Marketing departments to develop marketing and design strategies.
• Work with clients to design courts and other related visual elements that reflect the client’s branding and marketing goals.
• Contribute to the general creative needs of Praters, inc.
• Some weekend work and or overtime time is required occasionally.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Complete special projects upon request and other duties as assigned.
