Description:
Cliste Hospitality is seeking a talented and creative individual to join our Group Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling and design to contribute to our diverse portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and hospitality brands. Working alongside a team of experienced graphic designers, the Graphic Designer will report directly to the Group Marketing Account Manager. We are searching for a motivated individual with a keen eye for aesthetics who excels at task execution and thrives in a high-pressure work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, film production, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, with a strong understanding of color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
- Demonstrated graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design software, with a solid understanding of layout, typography, and branding principles.
- Knowledge of using AI-powered design tools is a plus
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous video production and graphic design work, demonstrating a creative and innovative approach.
- Basic knowledge of videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio recording devices.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring all visual materials meet high-quality standards and reflect the brand’s identity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, while also being able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, understanding how visual content can be optimized for various channels.
- A passion for storytelling through visual mediums and a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and previous experience working on hotel or resort marketing projects is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design a broad range of print and digital artwork, including brochures, billboards, posters, newspaper adverts, digital & social media suites, and ezines
- Production of corporate presentations for senior management
- Ensuring adherence to brand and style guidelines across all hotels
- Prepare finished artwork for printing, including proofing and quality checks
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos, including promotional videos, property tours, event coverage, and interviews, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and capture the essence of our hotels and resorts.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in videography and graphic design, ensuring our visual assets remain fresh, engaging, and competitive.
- Manage and organise the digital asset library, ensuring all videos and graphic files are properly labeled, archived, and easily accessible to team members.
- Work collaboratively with external vendors, such as printers, to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain high-quality standards.
- Assist with ad hoc marketing tasks and projects as assigned by the Group Marketing Account Manager, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team.
