Responsibilities:
- Develop cost models and comprehensively understand the regulatory landscape and market significance of biogenic and power-to-x fuels, including bio-methane, e-methane, bio-methanol, e-methanol, and Sustainable Aviation Fuels (SAF)
- Acquire or enhance understanding of EU and international regulations that incentivize or mandate the utilization of these fuels within the industry and transport sectors
- Conduct detailed analyses to assess the willingness-to-pay for clean commodities across various sectors
- Develop supply and demand balances per sector and per clean commodity as well as the analysis and anticipation of future global trade routes for clean commodities
- Providing regular and ad-hoc briefings to Uniper stakeholders using all applicable communication channels
- Offer recommendations to asset developers, trading desks and portfolio managers with market analytical insights and expertise
