Responsibilities:

THE ROLE;

As a Grocery Operations Team Leader, you will be working across a busy, high-volume department. You will be responsible for facilitating stock replenishment across the department. This role will involve leading a team in the morning or evening to ensure our shelves are replenished throughout the day. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, ensuring stock is rotated, and that team members are adhering to our H&S and Food safety requirements.
The hours of work for this role are Sunday to Thursday 5am - 1:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Training and leading a high performing team
  • Liaising with inwards goods and Management to ensure objectives are met
  • Identifying items through the daily Out of Stock report that require immediate replenishment
  • Maintaining the placement of stock within the store
  • Taking the lead to ensure all team members follow store policies and procedures
