WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Main duties and responsibilities for this role ,Include overseeing our operating regions and ensuring that our grounds maintenance, winter services, and variable works are all running smoothly. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for leading by example and driving excellence in everything we do. Your key responsibilities will include improving efficiency, maximising performance, and developing a robust business strategy that drives growth and profitability. You’ll also focus on building strong relationships with our customers, introducing innovative practices, and prioritising QHSE and people management.
