Responsibilities:

  • Drive Safety and Compliance in Customer and Ramp Services according to Airline and Company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Proactively manage disruptions, providing safe and compliant solutions that exceed Airline Customer expectations.
  • Cultivate relationships with Airport Authority and Airline Customer stakeholders through transparent and timely communication on daily operational performance.
  • Lead the recruitment process, overcoming challenges, and identifying future opportunities.
  • Foster a Just Culture, encouraging reporting to prevent threats to Safety and Compliance and mitigate workplace incidents.
  • Manage staff performance, offering ongoing feedback, guidance, and support, identifying training needs and upskilling opportunities.
  • Communicate Safety and Compliance information through regular Toolbox meetings.
  • Manage daily resources, task allocation, and minimise overtime.
  • Conduct regular Airline and Company audits, presenting feedback and results to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare safety and incident/accident investigations, generating reports for stakeholders.

  • Manage ADHOC charters and requests as required
